5.5 Other Tracking Technologies

Meta Pixel. A small piece of code from Meta that records page views and key actions, such as enquiries and trial bookings, so we can measure ad performance.

Microsoft Clarity session recordings and heatmaps. Records how visitors interact with our website, such as where they click and how far they scroll, so we can improve the experience. Recordings are anonymised by Clarity.
